PROCESS ENGINEER

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics, reporting of data, and development of organizational design processes. Responsibilities Provide technical support as necessary Establish process metrics and goals Develop and issue process designs Knowledge in: - Time and motion studies - Layout redesign - Line balancing - Productivity/cost savings projects - Definition of roles and responsibilities - Workload analysis (workload / FTE) - Equipment and shift efficiency - Supply chain improvement - Production planning - Process analysis and redesign Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering Familiarity with process control Excellent written and oral skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Salary: $70 mil pesos
