Job Summary:

The Process Engineer will design, develop, and implement optimized manufacturing systems that reduce costs while upholding operational standards.

** This is a direct hire opportunity, in Plymouth; the target salary range is up to 90K and this role is eligible for a profit sharing bonus (5 to 10%). This position will be part-time (25 to 35 hours per week) so if you are looking for more work/life balance this job is for you! **

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve product quality, increase machine throughput, optimize material usage, and enhance worker safety.
