Process Engineer

Draft and maintain operational manuals, process validation documents, change control records, procurement technical specifications, management procedures, inspection drawings, and process flow charts.

Conduct verification of production-related materials such as paper-plastic bags, adhesive-coated paper, blister trays, diluents, silicone oil, and packaging materials.

Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to complete process validation records and documentation for post-processing operations.

Drive initiatives to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Handle and verify abnormal issues arising in the post-processing stage of the consumables workshop.

Lead validation activities for new post-processing equipment including blister sealing machines, ultrasonic welding machines, automated assembly machines, testing instruments, welding machines, and UV curing ovens.
