Process Engineer

Your tasks:

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of Surface results (production and quality);
• Ensure the production control reports;
• Permanent quality control of the Surface process;
• Ensure the implementation and standardization of Lean tools;
• Ensure the proper operation of Surface equipment;
• Monitor, detect and report human resource needs to the head of Surface;
• Support in training new employees;
• Support in the strategic management of people and teams;
• Collaborate with the Manager in monitoring the progress of the monthly production budget;
