Process Engineer – Corporate ME & Projects

Location: Kagal Plant KOEL, Kolhapur, Maharashtra

Experience: 3–8 Years

Responsible for planning, execution, and commissioning of manufacturing and assembly projects, supporting corporate manufacturing engineering and new installation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate turnkey projects for assembly conveyors, sub-assembly stations, assembly tools, tightening equipment, FIFO racks, and leak testing machines.
  • Develop and commission engine leak test machines, cylinder head sub-assembly machines, and poka-yoke systems .
  • Handle new installation projects including scheduling, budgeting, and capitalization.
  • Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
