We are looking for a Process Engineer who specializes in automotive paint operations . You will be responsible for ensuring optimal paint process performance, quality consistency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire automotive paint process — from Pretreatment to Clearcoat stages.
• Conduct and lead paint defect analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure consistent paint quality control in line with Chery’s global standards.
