• Develop, review, and optimize manufacturing processes to support new product introduction (NPI), trial runs, and mass production. 
• Prepare and maintain process documents including SOPs, work instructions, process flow charts, control plans, and inspection standards. 
• Review product and process designs to ensure technical feasibility, cost effectiveness, and quality compliance.
