About the role

We’re seeking a motivated Process (Production) Engineer to join our Chlor Alkali Team on a permanent full-time basis in Kemerton, WA. This role suits someone early in their engineering career, ideally with a few years of experience, but graduates welcome to apply. You’ll join a high-performing team focused on safe, reliable, and efficient chemical production, with a strong culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the process to identify and rectify any process deviations
• Troubleshoot plant deviations and upsets
• Investigate all process upsets and identify actions to prevent recurrence
• Identify, scope, design, and manage improvements and projects through streamlined management of change processes
• Assist operations, maintenance, and engineering teams as needed

The successful candidate will have

• Relevant qualification in Chemical Engineering, or similar Science
• Positive, can-do attitude with significant initiative
• Willingness and curiosity to learn
• Proven critical thought processes
