Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing enhancements for better productivity.
  • Conduct risk assessments and FMEA to ensure safe and compliant operations.
  • Proactively address issues to maintain adherence to design standards.
  • Collaborate with teams for smooth adoption of process changes.
  • Use Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology for regular audits and sustaining improvements.
  • Mentor engineers and technicians to promote knowledge sharing and development.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs
  • Strong understanding of chemical handling and safety practices
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
