The ideal candidate will enjoy hands-on process work, elevating technical discipline on the production floor, and supporting increasingly sophisticated quality standards in a collaborative manufacturing environment. You will work closely with engineering leadership and cross?functional teams, focusing on sampling, process optimization, documentation, and maintaining rigorous quality expectations-particularly as operations move toward precision requirements consistent with medical and defense applications.
