Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, budget, implement, and optimize new and existing manufacturing processes to maintain equipment and systems for optimal performance and compliance.
- Analyze production yields and workflows to identify bottlenecks, developing solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment malfunctions, process failures, or product defects, utilizing operational excellence tools to drive improvements. Manage the Maintenance team, ensuring proper training, resource allocation, and schedule adherence while developing preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
