Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Recognize manufacturing processes, technologies, techniques, and products.


• Define, implement, and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability.


• Identify root causes of manufacturing process failures independently or with engineering stakeholders.


• Participate in daily production activities and problem-solving.


• Prepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.


• Oversee new process equipment production and engineering change orders (ECOs).


• Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters.


• Develop, implement, and own process control methodologies.


• Troubleshoot process-related issues and participate in cycle time and process improvements.
