Description and detail of activities: - Establish, implement, and monitor processes in the injection molding area seeking continuous improvement. - Elaborate, update, and control the process sheets. - Validate the correct installation and use of molds while using correct parameters for parts’ production - Establish parameters’ control methods that allow maintaining a stable process to comply with production efficiency rates and scrap indicators. - Detect and record failures in equipment and molds to implement and follow up on the repair plan. - Detect root cause of molding defects and propose solutions. - Plan and implement activities and / or projects to reduce downtime due to maintenance or mold changes. - Assist new molds design review meeting and lead engineering runs for new injection molds. - Assist and lead engineering runs for minor and major repairs on injection molds. - Seek continuous improvement of the department (KPIs, reports, l...
