Job Description
**Position Summary**:
The Industrial/Process Engineer II works closely with Operations and Facilities functions to bring about continuous improvements of fabric reinforced elastomer diaphragm manufacturing processes, to provide engineering expertise to the plant maintenance process and provide support for capital and EH&S projects.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Collaborate with other manufacturing functions to drive continuous improvement and reduction of variability in rubber molding / trimming processes (e.g., strip cutting, pre-forming fabric, ink stamping)
- Establish and monitor equipment schedules to increase equipment up-time and minimize production disruptions
- Evaluation and improvement of production tooling (e.g., cutting tools, molding tools, trimming tools) design functionality and maintenance
- Facilitate Environmental, Health and Safety programs for the site as needed
