Join the K Family in Toluca. This is an onsite role that will work with cross functional teams in our plant, you will be responsible for eliminating the process variability and identifying waste through the Kellanova Working System Methodologies. Also, this person is a technical resource that generates capabilities in the teams in order to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Process Optimization - Identifies, prioritizes and eliminates waste form process, builds capacity, control and optimization. Leads benchmarking and optimization of the process improvements
Implement Standards - Provides feedback to design, implementation and standardization processes and develop analytic tools. Defines equipment and process standards, as well as cleaning quality and environmental standards.
