**We are looking for a PROCESS ENGINEER to be part of our team.**
**The main missions of this role are**:
- Carry out the assigned activities in the Problem Solving Groups of the area. (QRCI and UAP)
- Optimize jobs based on the Group's methodologies / Cycle time diagram
- Update area lay outs as needed.
- Review packaging and packaging processes.
- Update the standard operation sheets of the processes.
- Provide technical support to suppliers that require it.
- Update rework times by looking for a better way to get the job done
- Process adjustment.
- Monitoring and control of recycled material
**You must have the following qualifications**:
- Statistical Control of Processes
- Plastic Injection Process
- Basic rules of ergonomics
- Safe administration of chemicals
- Ultrasonic welding, vibration
- Knowledge in automation (pneumatics, hydraulics and electronics
- Torque tools (Atlas Copco)
- Assembly stations (doors, complex assemblies, parts with 60 part number, premium sight part, liners, electronics)
- BIQS (GM, desirable)
- ** Intermediate Advanced English skills**:
- Leadership, team work.
