Job Description Job Description Title: Process Engineer - Level 1 Location: Lincoln, NE 68462 Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Primary Role Purpose This is a critical role in the OPEX Team at the Site, and will report into the Site Operational Excellence Process Engineering Manager. This role is fundamental in executing the Continuous Improvement Plans for the Site, to achieve its growth and profitability objectives. The Process Engineer will aid in the implementation the HAPS principles/tools at the site to deliver the Business Strategy, improve Business Performance (Safety, Quality, Service, & Cost), by using a data-driven approach. This role will also play a key role in Project Management and execution of Productivity initiatives that align with the Site goals.
