Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring process yield target and UPH target are met and are in control.
  • Manages current product ramp up, ensuring processes are ready, qualified, documented, and in control.
  • Manages new product transfer, ensuring processes are ready, qualified, and documented.
  • Conducts DFM, FMEA.
  • Settles process and quality issues in Middle of Line/OSA assembly.
  • Leads process capability/CPK improvement projects.
  • Leads yield improvement/scrap reduction projects.
  • Leads HPU/UPH improvement projects, Cost saving projects.
  • Handles Engineers and Technician.

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical) or its equivalents with at least 7 years of relevant work experience in electronics/semicon manufacturing specifically on process engineering.
