Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring process yield target and UPH target are met and are in control.
- Manages current product ramp up, ensuring processes are ready, qualified, documented, and in control.
- Manages new product transfer, ensuring processes are ready, qualified, and documented.
- Conducts DFM, FMEA.
- Settles process and quality issues in Middle of Line/OSA assembly.
- Leads process capability/CPK improvement projects.
- Leads yield improvement/scrap reduction projects.
- Leads HPU/UPH improvement projects, Cost saving projects.
- Handles Engineers and Technician.
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical) or its equivalents with at least 7 years of relevant work experience in electronics/semicon manufacturing specifically on process engineering.
