Job Description

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Process Engineering Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Wilson, NC. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Range: $45 - 58/hr depending on experience
Contract: 8 months with possible extension and/or conversion
Role will initially be remote until the Wilson, NC building opens 

Job Description:

  • Synthesizes business needs, manufacturing requirements, engineering elements, and technology inputs, etc. into business solutions.
  • Leads and/or support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Defines technical or scientific direction of programs composed of multiple complex projects.
  • Engineers new and modifies existing processes to ensure right first time process start up.
  • Work on a team for project collaboration.
  • Track record of successful program execution and team outcomes.
