Process Engineering Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Process activities and daily line monitoring.
• Trouble shooting of Product / material quality and Process issues and in the line problem solving activities.
• Routine update of product configurations list yields trend.
• Yield Improvement and engineering support.
• Setting up and maintaining of the assembly process and procedures.
• Verification from customer non-conformance.
• New Product Introduction transfer and setup.
• Seek opportunities to improve the productivity and cost reduction.
• Prepare documentation to comply ISO standards and other quality system requirements.

Job Requirements

• Mechanical skills (repair/troubleshooting)
• Have the initiative for process improvement
• Able to work in a team and low supervision
• Able to work long hours (12 hours) and able to run shift whenever is required
