**Job Objective**:
Support the design, operation, and implementation of production and engineering processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of industrial performance to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and maximize profitability.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
**Experience**: 1-3 years in a similar position (manufacturing, process, or engineering support).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of engineering documentation.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
**Intermediate English level (written and spoken).**
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
