Job Description: Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification and mitigation.

  • Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling critical items with Quality and other aspects.

  • Drive ideation, and small and large-scale projects.

  • Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.
