Job Description
- Must Haves
- Graduate/ Post Graduate with at least last 12+ years in IT/ BPO industry
- Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt
- Strong understanding of Quality and Process Excellence principles with experience in driving quality certifications like ISO, CMMI, COPC etc. and high impact continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Transformation etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and people management skills
- Strong Analytical Skills with experience in driving descriptive, prescriptive and predictive analytics for various engagements across the business
- Good effective communication skills and presentation skills with ability to manage clients and internal senior stake holders
- Proven track record for problem solving and innovation. Must have good experience in technology enabled solutions like RPA, Low Code No Code, AI/ Gen AI
