Job Title: Process Excellence Manager

The Process Excellence Manager will lead enterprise-wide process optimization and transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and scalability across the organization. Using the DMAIC framework and other continuous improvement methodologies, this role will deliver measurable business impact, including cost savings, cycle time reduction, automation adoption, and improved service delivery. The role also focuses on building organizational capability by training and mentoring teams in process excellence tools and techniques.
