Job Description

Process Excellence Manager will support processes and initiatives that will help the Agile Project Management Office team; Assist the team by implementing & streamlining the current process and be a gate keeper in the follow through. You will also work closely with the IT Governance team to adhere to the local Regulations.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement initiatives to improve processes within IT & APMO
  • Work closely with all departments in the Organization to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Create and drive the strategy for process excellence in the Organization
  • Review the current processes and recommend changes based on industry best practices and customer feedback.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes
