Process Excellence Manager | TP MOA (CLSS Black or Green Belt Required)

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and identify areas for enhancement

3. Develop and maintain process maps , SOPs, and documentation for key operations

4. Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics to track improvement impact

5. Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote process excellence across teams

6. Support the adoption of automation tools and digital solutions to streamline operations

7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Required Skills
