- Drive optimization and lead the continuous improvement of our payroll and time administration processes in the region
- Support the global exchange of best practices and documentation of processes to ensure sustainable payroll operations
- Support the installation of new technology and automation solutions in coordination with our IT colleagues and other key stakeholders
- Optimize our internal controls procedures across the organization
- Represent the payroll team on critical projects related to post-merger integration, system upgrades, or other strategic initiatives.
