Role Purpose
Drive and support operational process for efficiency and effectiveness improvement. Ensure that an organization’s day-to-day activities run efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with its strategic objectives.
Key Activities
- Analyze and improve ocean freight workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Map and document current and to be processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for inefficiencies.
- Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities.
- Support implementation of new tools and technologies.
- Monitor compliance with company global standards and regulatory requirements.
