Role Summary

Finds execution friction, designs better workflows, and ships repeatable SOPs that reduce defects, improve adoption, and shrink manual work across ops teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows, identify failure points, and define the “critical steps” that must never be skipped.
• Drive continuous improvement cycles: measure, redesign, pilot, rollout, and audit.
• Own defect taxonomy improvements: clear definitions, consistent tagging, and actionable categories that enable real RCA.
