Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who ensure that checks/inspection are carried out for Shainin initiatives in services such that processes are in line with the defined processes meeting organisational goal.
He will be responsible to support to build a strong culture of learning, which focusses on competency building of its employees with dedicated training initiatives and to ensure to meet training KPI as per Business process
Key Responsibilities:
- Use of shainin tools to analyse and continuously improve the service performance and reduction of variability in service performance
- Check action taken are sustainable for improvement projects that improve quality performance to ensure that each process stage operates at a high process capability
