Prodapt is looking for Immediate Process Executives for Voice/Non Voice process one of our US based Customer.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle US customer Voice/Non Voice process.
- Provide effective resolutions and accurate information to customers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality
- Adhere to process guidelines, compliance, and performance metrics
- Document call details accurately in the system
Required Skill Set:
- Excellent US Accent & Clear Communication (Mandatory)
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience: up to 3 years (Only Chennai location preferred)
Shift & Work Details:
- Shift Timing: 6:00 AM EST 2:00 PM EST
- Shift Type: Rotational Shifts
- Week Off: Rotational
- Night Shift Allowance: Yes
- Cab Facility: Yes
