Role Purpose Statement
Its a role responsible to get HR data updated in the system/ SAP success factors as per agreed SLAs
Purpose of this position is to provide first level support to HRBP & employees in HR activities setting up new hires record, exits, updating HRMS during employee lifecycle with Bunge reflecting accurate employee data and org. document collection from candidates, Validation of documents for completeness and accuracy structure, BGV initiation & other onboarding activities.
