Prodapt is looking for Immediate Process Executives for Voice/Non Voice process one of our US based Customer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle US customer Voice/Non Voice process.
  • Provide effective resolutions and accurate information to customers
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality
  • Adhere to process guidelines, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Document call details accurately in the system

Required Skill Set:

  • Excellent US Accent & Clear Communication (Mandatory)
  • Strong verbal English communication skills
  • Good listening and problem-solving abiliti es
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Experience: up to 3 years (Only Chennai location preferred)
