  • Provide technical pre‑sales support in articulating infrastructure design with in‑depth product knowledge on any of the following technologies: Data Centre, Collaboration, Network and Security solutions.
  • Drive solution sales by understanding clients’ technical needs, translating identified needs into solutions.
  • Develop pre‑sales skills on the technologies of identified OEMs such as Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Dell/EMC, HPE, VMware, F5 DNS and/or LTM.
  • Prepare proposals.
  • Support RFQ / RFP tenders in a shared centre environment, ensuring timely response to all qualified RFPs and tenders from a solution perspective to ensure bid submission.
  • Communicate with internal or external stakeholders for requirement gathering using phone or collaboration tools.
  • Lead discussions with clients for discovery of needs and information gathering.
