Principal Responsibilities Provide technical pre-sales support in articulating infrastructure design with in-depth product knowledge on any of given technology i.e. Data Centre, Collaboration, Network and Security solution Drive solution sales by understanding clients’ technical needs, translating identified needs into solutionsPre-sales skill development on technologies of OEM which are identified such as Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Dell/EMC, HPE, VMware, F5 DNS and/or LTM.Proposal PreparationRFQ/ RFP Tender Presales support in shared centre environment – Ensure timely response to all the qualified RFP’s and tenders from solution perspective to ensure bid submission.Communicate with internal or external stakeholders for requirement gathering using phone or collaboration toolsListen and lead the discussion with client for discovery of needs and information gathering.
