About the Role:

We’re looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to improve efficiency and optimize operations in our fast‑growing company. You’ll analyze workflows across departments and implement solutions to boost performance and agility.

  • Map and Document Processes: Understand, document, and optimize processes across People, Finance, Sales, IT, Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, and more!
  • Interviews and Workshops: Conduct interviews and workshops with leaders and teams to gain a deep understanding of processes, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Flowcharts and SOPs: Create clear and effective flowcharts, technical documents, and supporting materials to streamline company operations.
  • Identify Opportunities: Propose improvements for process standardization, automation, and simplification to enhance operational excellence and reduce risks.
