Job Description
We are seeking for a visionary executive to lead the digital transformation and process improvement of our supply chain organization. This role is responsible for driving automation, implementing advanced systems, and fostering agile, data-driven operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Drive technological evolution by integrating digital solutions and automation throughout the supply chain, utilizing Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to optimize resources and reduce costs.
Oversee Indirect marketing and IT Procurement teams, applying strategic sourcing and category management to maximize cost efficiencies and support broader business strategies.
Master degree in Systems or Industrial Engineering, Actuarial, Mathematics, or a related field.
~6+ years of experience in executive roles focused on Process Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Administration.
~ At least 10+ years in operational management, project, process administration and operations support.
~ Demonstrated expertise in leadership, cross-functional collaboration, effective communication, and change management.
~ Advanced English, is a must-have for this role.
