Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
Our client, based near Coleshill, has been a recognised market leader for almost 40 years in the design, development, manufacturing and distribution of an impressive portfolio of solutions worldwide. They are looking for an experienced, hands‑on and proactive Process Improvement Engineer to complement their professional manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to perform DMAIC activities and provide technical guidance for production quality and efficiency.
