**SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:**

The Process Improvement Lead, Sysco Specialty Companies will support the industrial engineering program across production, warehouse and delivery operations for US Specialty Businesses. The Process Improvement Lead will work independently or with other engineers to develop, configure, optimize and document industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification. By assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data, the Process Improvement Lead will develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve productivity, quality of output and scalable solutions.

Areas of responsibility include Labor Management system configuration & validation, ELS creation and maintenance, process and operational analysis and documentation, travel map updates, productivity assessments, conducting performance audits, field education and process improvement projects.
