Process Improvement Manager

Take the lead in shaping operational excellence at a leading Singapore-based Aerospace MRO operator. As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will partner directly with the General Manager to drive Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation initiatives , improving quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and safety across Part 145 maintenance operations.

My client is looking for a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in complex, safety-critical environments and can turn process improvement into measurable business results.
