Process Improvement

We are seeking for a visionary executive to lead the digital transformation and process improvement of our supply chain organization. This role is responsible for driving automation, implementing advanced systems, and fostering agile, data-driven operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of cross-functional processes, updating policies to optimize supply chain efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Drive technological evolution by integrating digital solutions and automation throughout the supply chain, utilizing Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to optimize resources and reduce costs.
• Oversee Indirect marketing and IT Procurement teams, applying strategic sourcing and category management to maximize cost efficiencies and support broader business strategies.
• Lead process alignment across departments to ensure seamless end-to-end operations, leveraging process improvement tools to minimize deviations and enhance collaboration.
• Provide strategic leadership, define priorities, facilitate resource allocation, and establish KPIs to drive operational excellence and cost savings.
• Transform procurement functions by streamlining processes, executing cost-saving initiatives, and continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideal Background:

• Master degree in Systems or Industrial Engineering, Actuarial, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in executive roles focused on Process Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Administration.
• At least 10+ years in operational management, project, process administration and operations support.
• Demonstrated expertise in leadership, cross-functional collaboration, effective communication, and change management.
• Advanced English, is a must-have for this role.
