Amazon currently seeks a creative, dynamic, and experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our EU FBA Support Operations team and contribute to our organization's transformation through AI implementation and automation initiatives. This role will support strategic change management, drive process improvement projects, and contribute to our Learning & Development programs while helping integrate AI solutions across our operations. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, thrive in ambiguous environments, effectively collaborate with internal/external partners at all levels of the organization, and continuously develop their professional skills.
