About the job Process Improvement Specialist

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in process documentation (ISO QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking.
  • Support the Process Improvement Supervisor in defining, scoping, and leading global and local process documentation and continuous improvement projects, from planning through completion, using Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking frameworks.
  • Manage and execute process documentation and continuous improvement projects, overseeing end-to-end planning and delivery.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and provide progress updates to project sponsors and senior management.
  • Assist in collecting project feedback and preparing reports for the Process Improvement Supervisor.
