We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Improvement Specialist to join our finance SSC operations team. This role is critical in documenting end-to-end finance processes and developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to drive consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mapping business processes, drafting SOPs, and applying low-code / no-code tools to automate routine tasks such as report generation, reconciliation, and data extraction.

Process Documentation & SOP Development

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, to understand current finance processes (e.g., AP, AR, inventory costing, sales reconciliation, petty cash, reporting).
• Translate workflows and processes into clear, standardized SOPs and process maps (using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
