Join QIMA as a Process Improvement Engineer Intern to deploy AI solutions and optimize operations in a global quality control company.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Deploy AI solutions into Operations processes and support concept testing using in-house AI tools.
• Work with tech teams to deploy and optimize AI-driven solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and propose tech-driven improvements.
• Brainstorm ideas with team members and operations counterparts.
• Collaborate closely with employees, operations managers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business objectives.
• Document methodologies, models, and processes; provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Support continuous improvement by understanding key tools and applications and assisting in the design of new developments and features.
