Process Improvement Technician

We are seeking a Process Improvement Technician to lead and deliver improvement projects across plant areas, ensuring manufacturing processes are controlled, optimized, and aligned with quality standards. This role supports the transition of new products and developments from R&D into business-as-usual operations, while driving global Quality Control excellence through harmonized testing methodologies, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects to reduce product variability and optimize plant capability, improving efficiency, quality, cost, throughput, and yield.

• Provide technical support for changing plant performance, customer requirements, and new product introductions.
