Process Innovation Analyst (Continuous Improvement)

As a Process Innovation Analyst, you’ll support a team focused on driving measurable improvements across key business areas. You’ll help ensure that new processes and initiatives are executed effectively by frontline teams, and that performance is monitored consistently. Amenable to work on US hours (night shift).

Your day-to-day will include reviewing operational data, building dashboards, and surfacing insights that help the team understand whether changes are having the intended impact—or if something unexpected is happening in the business. You’ll play a hands-on role in making sure things get done, and your attention to detail and judgment will be key in knowing when to elevate issues and when to stay the course.
