Process Engineer / Process Integration Engineer / Yield Engineer – Fab Data Analysis & Engineering Services
Location: Mohali
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to support advanced semiconductor manufacturing through data-driven engineering solutions. This role focuses on analyzing fab data, improving yield, and enabling faster technology ramps using statistical and AI/ML techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth analysis of electrical test, inline metrology, SPC/FDC, and defect data to identify yield limiters and process drifts.
Support engineering activities such as tool qualification, wafer-start ramp-up, and technology enablement.
Apply AI/ML models for predictive monitoring, excursion detection, and process optimization.
Collaborate with fab engineering teams for real-time issue resolution and lot disposition.
Prepare data-driven reports and dashboards for decision-making on yield improvement and process changes.
Qualifications
MTech/M. S./B. Tech
3–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process/yield engineering.
Strong knowledge of CMOS process flows, FEOL/BEOL integration, and fab operations.
Proficiency in SPC, JMP, Python, and statistical analysis.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI/ML techniques for predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
Familiarity with fab data systems and global collaboration tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
