- Finalise best in class To Be process design
- Sign off on config changes, customization and development from a process and functionality standpoint.
- Identify the right technology is being used for conducting the business process.
- Monitor and measure the performance of the Trade Execution business process
- Improve the business process flow on a continual basis utilizing industry leading practices
