Process Management and SLA Reporting Technician (ServiceNow)

Responsibilities

In our team, you will address one of our clients’ needs by providing support services for IT infrastructure management and IT service operations. You will take on a specialized technical role within the project team, handling tool administration and assessing improvements, with a particular focus on ServiceNow and its CMDB.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Service Management projects to provide support services for IT infrastructure management and IT service operations.
  • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow tool (CSA), FCC’s corporate tool for ITSM process management.
  • Experience in managing ITSM processes.
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards.
  • ITIL Foundation v3 certification.
  • High level of English is essential.
